About My Budget

My Budget is a self-hosted personal finance application built with PHP and MySQL. It provides a structured way to record income and expenses, organize transactions, track financial goals, review reports, and understand financial activity through a clear dashboard.

The application is delivered as source code and is designed to run on the buyer's own hosting environment. It can be used as an installed finance application or adapted as a foundation for further development and customization.

02 Technical Requirements

System Requirements

Before purchasing or installing My Budget, make sure your hosting environment supports the requirements below. Standard Linux PHP hosting or a similar compatible environment can be used.

MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB The application uses MySQL and is also documented for compatible MariaDB environments.
PHP Extensions
PDO and pdo_mysql PDO and pdo_mysql must be enabled so the application can connect to the database.

How Installation Works

My Budget includes a browser-based installation wizard designed to simplify the initial setup. Installation requires access to a compatible PHP hosting environment and a MySQL database.
