My Story

Why I Started Building Products Independently

I started Cordinant as a way to turn practical software ideas into products without trying to build a traditional agency or a fully managed SaaS company. I work independently, so every decision has to reflect the time, skills and resources available to one person.

Cordinant is built around realistic scope: create something useful, make the code available and be clear about what the product does — and what it does not promise.

It Started with Ideas I Wanted to Make Real

I often saw useful product ideas that were too large to approach as complete commercial platforms, but still valuable enough to become practical applications or developer tools. Cordinant became a place where I could turn those ideas into working foundations rather than leaving them as unfinished concepts.

Working Alone Required a Different Model

A subscription product requires continuous hosting, support, monitoring, updates, customer management and long-term operational responsibility. As a solo creator, I cannot realistically provide that level of ongoing service across multiple products. Selling source-code packages through one-time purchases is a more honest and sustainable model for the way I work.

Artificial Intelligence Expanded What I Could Build

I use artificial intelligence extensively because product creation brings together many disciplines: research, architecture, development, interface decisions, documentation, SEO and content. Cordinant did not begin with a single launch or a finished business plan. It developed gradually through years of building websites, creating practical tools, studying user experience and finding better ways to solve recurring digital problems.

Each stage added something important: technical foundations, clearer interfaces, stronger product thinking, a realistic delivery model and an AI-assisted workflow that makes broader product creation possible for one person.

Every product on Cordinant follows the same simple idea: build something useful, keep it understandable and be honest about what it is.

I am not trying to compete with large software companies or promise enterprise-level platforms. I work independently, so every product has to be realistic in scope and practical to maintain.

The goal is not to build software that does everything. The goal is to create a solid starting point that developers can use, learn from and adapt.

I Prefer Practical Over Perfect

I would rather release a product that solves a real problem than spend years chasing an impossible idea of perfection.

Some products are more polished than others. Some will continue to improve over time. Instead of pretending everything is finished, I prefer to show products as they are today and continue making them better.

AI Is Part of My Workflow

I use artificial intelligence almost every day while building Cordinant. It helps with research, planning, architecture, coding, debugging, documentation and writing content.

Working this way allows one person to cover a much broader range of work than would otherwise be possible. AI does not make the decisions for me, though. I review the results, test the software and decide what becomes part of the final product.

Subscription software requires much more than building an application. It also requires continuous hosting, security monitoring, customer support, infrastructure management, billing operations, regular updates and a reliable long-term service commitment.

Cordinant is created and managed by one person. I cannot responsibly promise the level of continuous operation that customers should expect from a fully managed subscription product. For that reason, Cordinant products are sold primarily as downloadable source-code packages with one-time pricing and a clearly defined scope.
